"WTE" is a fantastic new form of clean power generation for communities.  The waste gets disposed of efficiently, while producing clean energy for the community and reducing greenhouse gases.

Steve Clouse, COO of the city of San Antonio's water system says that, "More than 90 percent of materials flushed down the toilets and sinks of San Antonio will be recycled."
